[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 195367] [NEW] [Hardy] F-Spot fails to start-up

F-Spot fails to start-up on Hardy and throws the following errors:-

Initializing Mono.Addins
Starting new FSpot server

Unhandled Exception: System.Exception: Unsupported SQLite database version
  at Banshee.Database.QueuedSqliteDatabase.ProcessQueue () [0x00000] 
  at (wrapper delegate-invoke) System.MulticastDelegate:invoke_void ()

I have already updated Hardy which included some mono packages but there
still was not any improvement.
