[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 256853] [NEW] [merge request] Please merge monodoc 1.9-1.2 from Debian Unstable

Binary package hint: monodoc

Monodoc is obsolete in Ubuntu. The attached merge patch allows the
latest version from Debian to be added. The merge changes prevent any
dependencies (including build dependencies) on XSP, to avoid promoting
XSP to main. There is also one bug fixed which ought to affect Debian as
well (adding mono-mcs as well as mono-gmcs to the build-depends)

This has been tested in an Intrepid pbuilder.
