[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 144707] [gutsy] f-spot build doesn't generate the .pot file

Binary package hint: f-spot

The last Rosetta pot update happened on 2007-03-04. Something is clearly
wrong during the build.

I've asked Carlos about it, he found that there is an issue during the
build process:

Please fix this as many strings are missing from the release due to the
outdated .pot file.
