Me too.  Am using Gutsy release, Banshee 0.13.1.  I found a quick fix
(sort of) by adding 'date added' column on to the library page, this
sorts properly and assuming you added the entire album at the same time
sort of helps a bit.  Lets you play a compilation album in order anyway!
