[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 158893] cannot choose port with ssh plugin

Binary package hint: tomboy

For improved security, many people have ssh bound to a non-standard port
(i.e. not 22). The ssh synchronization plugin however doesn't give the
choice of a different port.
