Please sync f-spot (main) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The Debian package is the same as what is in gutsy, and I plan to try & continue maintenance of it in Debian.

Changelog since current gutsy version 0.3.5-0ubuntu2:

f-spot (0.3.5-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Upload current Ubuntu package to Debian as a new upstream release
