[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 96756] UVF - Evolution-Sharp 0.12.2

Public bug reported:

To maintain compatability with the evolution data sever that will be
shipped in Feisty, beagle and any other mono application needs the
latest evolution-sharp bindings.

The changes are just to keep pace with the eds API, and some small
bugfixes. The diffstat is significant because its an API wrapper, but
other than that, its a pretty easy transition.
