[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 94395] Thunderbird backend disappeared in Feisty

Binary package hint: beagle

It seams that Thunderbird backend isn't more in the Feisty beagle
package.

In both Dapper and Edgy beagle packages there is a
/usr/lib/beagle/Backends/ThunderbirdBackends.dll
file. No more in Feisty.

I saw that in the upstream sources (version 0.2.16.3) the thunderbird
backend is disabled by default. Maybe doing './configure --enable-
thunderbird' before compiling solves this issue.
