[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 129524] Mono Visual Basic Compiler (vbnc) has not been included with v1.2.4

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mono

As of version 1.2.4, the new Visual Basic compiler for Mono was released
(vbnc), however it has not been included in the installation.

Could this be added please?
