[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 123962] MonoDevelop.exe crashes when closing the "file open" dialog

Binary package hint: monodevelop

Simple to reproduce - just open monodevelop, and use the "open" dialog -
either the toolbar icon or the "open project or file" link.  When the
dialog closes, either by selecting a file to open or by cancelling it,
monodevelop crashes.
