[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 87198] beagled uses >250 Megs RAM when Idle

Appears to be different than bug # 33341 (now closed) and #69752
(dealing with spikes).

Using Feisty with beagle version 0.2.16-0ubuntu4.

I am not seeing heavy CPU and memory spikes as with previous releases,
but a steady and very high RAM requirement of between 250 - 300 Megs -
about 30% of  total available physical RAM.

Beagled is otherwise working properly, beagle-info --status  reports
that all is well. The problem has been evident since at least Herd 1 of
Feisty.
