[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 85981] Tomboy: 'Note of the day' is recreated every time on Feisty

Binary package hint: tomboy

This is a sample note which is created on installation/usage of Tomboy.
Deletion of this note does not work, because each time, the note comes
back.

At first I thought this was a bug, however, it turns out that the plugin
'Note of the day' is automatically enabled. This took me quite a while
before I had figured this out.

My suggestion: turn this plugin default off. If you really like the
functionality, you can always turn it on.
