I think this issue can also be gnome specific, because I now saw the
starters in my panel also have this problem.

When I right click on a starter and unlock it, the entry  "move" stays
gray, eventhough I can select it to move the starter.

And my "start"-menu has similar failures. Sometimes being to short,
sometimes showing entries with wite-text instead of black.
