[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 173338] default window size too small

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: f-spot

When first starting F-Spot, the user is presented with an ugly window
size that does not show all important information at once. F-Spot should
adjust it's size to fit all necessary information (or as much as they
user's resolution can handle). Screenshots of the original size and
attempts to improve it are included below.
