[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 134926] [gutsy] f-spot's import feature doesn't care about xdg_dirs

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: f-spot

With a Spanish localized environment, using f-spot import feature, it
ask to save photos to the "Photos" directory, but should ask to save to
the "Imágenes" directory instead, which is already created.

this probably is reproducible under any non-english localized
environment.
