[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 129663] Merge xsp 1.2.4-1 (universe) from Debian (unstable)

xsp (1.2.4-1.1ubuntu1) gutsy; urgency=low

  * Merge from Debian unstable, remaining changes:
    - Create /var/run/mono-xsp directory if necessary and set proper
      permissions in debian/mono-xsp.init.
    - Create /var/run/mono-xsp2 directory if necessary and set proper
      permissions in debian/mono-xsp2.init.
    - Update maintainer field in debian/control.

Debian changelog (since 1.2.4-1ubuntu1):
xsp (1.2.4-1.1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Add dependency on perl-modules from mono-apache-server. Closes: #431585
