[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 61565] f-spot crashes with errors about mono

Public bug reported:

when trying to launch fspot it crashes with errors about mono. the gui
never launches, it simply dumps text into a terminal (see bellow at
[1]).

I'll attach some crash logs in a minute.
