[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 61550] UVF exception request for f-spot 0.2.1

Public bug reported:

I am requesting an upstream version freeze exception for f-spot for the
bug fixes which it contains which fix some crashes, UI issues & broken
functionality (especially import/export). An updated package has been
locally built & tested.

f-spot 0.2.1 - Sept 12 2005 - 1-Wire

- Fixes for recent mono versions.
- Support for scaling when sending mail.
- Support for exporting the images in correct orientation.
