Hi,
please sync xsp 1.1.17-1 from debian/unstable (main). New changelog entries are below and there are no Ubuntu changes currently.

xsp (1.1.17-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release
  * Dylan R. E. Moonfire
    + Changed the init scripts to include the INIT SCRIPT INFO.
    + Changed the postinit and prerm scripts to use invoke-rc.d. (Closes:
      #367752, #367720)
    + Updated the Czech translation. (Closes: #370313)
