[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 59615] Beagle repeatedly scans Thunderbird mails hogging the cpu

Public bug reported:

Recently beagled is sometimes consuming all available CPU.

Running in debug mode reveals that CPU-hogging occurs when scanning my
Thunderbird mails. It also does this quite often so I have to kill
beagled (with KILL because in that state it also does not react to
TERM)...

So the first bug is that beagle should not use all available CPU while scanning the mails.
The second bug is that it should not scan the mails so often. After all it has inotify support, hasn't it?
