This is the output from trying to do apt-get install tomboy.

The following extra packages will be installed:
  libgmime-2.0-2 libgmime2.2-cil
The following packages will be REMOVED:
  libgmime2.1 libgmime2.1-cil
The following NEW packages will be installed:
  libgmime-2.0-2 libgmime2.2-cil
The following packages will be upgraded:
  tomboy
1 upgraded, 2 newly installed, 2 to remove and 0 not upgraded.

Is it safe to go ahead it will it upset the system
