Requesting a UVF exception for f-spot 0.2.0-1, in Debian unstable

0.2.0 fixes several bugs, including one that breaks 0.1.11 with mono 1.1.17 (bug 
58804)

Upstream's recommendation is to go with 0.2.0 for edgy, and I have been
working with him discussing bugs & getting patches for issues that come
up.
