I have associated a branch and linked to the upstream bug about the
epiphany extension, I ask that we consider using the new extension, as
the old one is VERY insecure and not very efficient (it spawns a new
process on every page view and dumps the content to a pipe) The new one
hasn't been tested much, and we can't expect to see it in edgy, but for
edgy+1, it might be better to wait for the new extension.

Please note, the new extension isn't finished and still needs some UI
work (like a statusbar notifcation) and some settings management window.
Patches are accepted!
