Confirmed. I get the following error message from beagle-search:

in <0x000e2> Tomboy.RemoteControlProxy.Proxy:DisplayNoteWithSearch (System.String uri, System.String search)
in <0x00139> Tomboy.TomboyCommandLine:Execute ()
in <0x00061> Tomboy.Tomboy:Main (System.String[] args)

Unhandled Exception: DBus.DBusException: Message did not receive a reply (timeout by message bus)
in <0x0011c> DBus.Message:SendWithReplyAndBlock ()
in <0x000e2> Tomboy.RemoteControlProxy.Proxy:DisplayNoteWithSearch (System.String uri, System.String search)
in <0x00139> Tomboy.TomboyCommandLine:Execute ()
in <0x00061> Tomboy.Tomboy:Main (System.String[] args)

Everything  works fine, if tomboy is running in tray. This error happens
only if tomboy is closed. It seems to ba a Tomboy problem, not beagle
though.
