I seem to be getting exactly the same issue.  I am using ubuntu 6.10 and
have the audioscrobbler enabled.  I get the error message:


Banshee encountered a fatal error

Could not find a part of the path
"/home/lorenzo/.gnome2/banshee/plugins".


Banshee will continue to play tracks until I close the error message.
