I had the same problem. I've managed to upgrade libc6, libc6-i686 and finally libapache2-mod- mono (downloaded current Feisty Fawn packages). libapache2-mod-mono 1.1.17 depends on libc6 2.5. Everything works fine so far. -- [UNMETDEPS] mod-mono wrong version https://launchpad.net/bugs/72912
