it means that this particular issue is fixed in f-spot CVS and will be
distributed as part of the next f-spot release (probably 0.2.3).

for you, it most than probably means (but, since I'm not the package
maintainer, I can't be totally sure) than any packaged version of f-spot
strictly greater than 0.2.2 will have this issue fixed.
