[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 51417] Re: text-formating get lost

I'm trying to understand this bug.  I followed the steps, and I don't
understand what I should be looking for.  Here's what I did:

1. "Create a New Note".
2. Typed "some text here".
3. Selected "some text here" and applied bold formatting.
4. Clicked end of line, and continued typing "some more text".

"some text here" was bold and "some more text" was not bold, but regular
text.  This should be expected, as it's consistent behavior among text
formatting editors.

Am I correct in testing the bug, or is there a step I missed?  Please
confirm.
