[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 46399] There is no System.Xml in Mono

Binary package hint: mono

I installed all Mono packages in Dapper that I could see, but when I tried to use one of the classes in System.Xml, it returned an error.
Also, Monodevelop does not see it in its autocomplete list.
