Description:
The name of the entry for Tomboy in the Applications Menu is 'Tomboy'.
This does not include a functional description, as recommended by the
GNOME HIG:

http://developer.gnome.org/projects/gup/hig/2.0/desktop-integration.html

Also, there is no tooltip for this entry.
