[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 48102] exporting images to a directory produces HTML pages without <META http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=somee ncoding">

- click File->Export->Directory ;
- check that any of the produced HML file has no <META http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html;  charset=utf-8"> within the <HEAD>...</HEAD>
