[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 33021] Huge tab icon for welcome page and documentation

Description:
Whenever I hava a documentation or Welcome Page tab open, the icon in
the tab for that page is much bigger than the others and therefore
making the tab bigger. When I close the tab everything is fine again.

This is on Dapper with all updates.
