Hi I already reinstalled my pc with dapper due to several (severe) 
hardware compatibility-issues. Therefor I am not able to reproduce the 
bug. I suggest you consider this bug as a rare case probably caused by a 
bad installation-cd (it was a fresh install). I'm sorry I'm not able to 
help you.
