[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 56988] cannot open filename/locations with utf8

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: beagle

running edgy eft, with beagle 0.2.7. Any filenames including utf8
characters in the location cannot be opened, seriously diminishing the
usability of the application. Bug is fixed in 0.2.8. Is an update
possible?
