[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 56620] No Note of the Day plugin in Ubuntu's Tomboy

Ubuntu's Tomboy lacks the handy "note of the day" plugin.  I've used it
without trouble in a Tomboy I compiled myself from cvs.  Can this plugin
be added to Ubuntu's Tomboy?
