Here's a patch to the beagle source package to build a new package
"beagle-epiphany-extension".

It's set to explicitly depend on Epiphany 2.14 (the version in Dapper)
since the Epiphany version number is included in the path where the
extension is installed.  Someone with more packaging-fu may know a way
to make this build against whatever version of Epiphany is installed.
