[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 55457] source code and designer buttons dont exist to acess stetic designer

i have tried changing the layout and resizing panes and stuff but it looks like monodevelop dosent have the two buttons between the text editor and the build ouput (and yes i do have the MainWindow.cs open).
