[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 40681] crash when applying custom tag

Description:
I am running the latest set of patches from Dapper Drake.

F-Spot will crash when applying a custom created tag to any image. The
application can apply one of the default tags fine, but will crash on
any other.

To reproduce this bug, just create a custom tag in F-Spot then attempt
to apply it to an image.
