Oh sorry. This is in the "Solutions" pad. 

I create a project/solution or use an existing one, create a folder in the "Solutions" tab and rename it using right-click. Once I press "Enter" MD freezes. I then have to "force quit" it. The folder has the name I renamed it to once I restart the project.
