[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 39839] Beagle ExternalFilter backend not working

Description:
In an attempt to get beagle to index abiword and msword documents I
wrote an external filter for beagle.

Unfortunately this is never loaded by the daemon / doesnt work
correctly.

I have attached a sample external-filters.xml as described at http://www
.beagle-project.org/ExternalFiltersRepository

It requires a helper script which I have tested and verified as safe,
but have no way of confirming that it works properly with the
ExternalFilter.
