[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 39454] Beagle does non index man-pages.

Description:
The crawl system should ensure that beagle indexes man-pages. I think
this is a matter of sorting out bug #37762, and adding .gz as a file
type in 'crawl-documentation'. But I'm not sure beagle can index the
content of gzipped files.
