[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 37693] F-Spot should be able to be used without loading...

Description:
Not sure what happened, but an older version of it allowed opening of
directories instead of loading into a 'f-spot directory'. This makes it
very unattractive to me and others who already have a directory system
established for their graphics. Those who browse their directories might
find it awkward as well.

Please make the option available again to open directories without
having to load first.
