Question about rsync://us.rsync.archive.ubuntu.com failures

Hi,

I notice the same issue for gb.rsync.releases.ubuntu.com::releases, for
example when our mirror receives a SSH push trigger and starts running
rsync. Please make sure to fix this server, too.
