Ubuntu 24.04 beta is happening this week - please check disk space on releases mirrors

Hi All,

Ubuntu 24.04 beta is happening this week, which means an increase to the
size of the mirrored image set for releases.ubuntu.com. Release Team
checklist says to ask IS to remind mirror operators to check their free disk
space since the disk usage will be increasing.

The mirror set is currently 32GiB. The beta is expected to add under 8GiB
to the set, for a total of around 40GiB.
