Incorrect rsync link for HEAnet mirror

Hi,

hopefully this is the correct contact address. The hyperlink for our rsync mirror appears to be incorrect on https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+archivemirrors

Would it be possible to change it from;
rsync://ftp.heanet.ie/ubuntu/

to;
rsync://ftp.heanet.ie/pub/ubuntu/
