Ubuntu Mirror Rsync Issue

Hello,

I have synced all mirror content using rsync using Archive script from
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Mirrors/Scripts
Initial download is completed but I found some files missing when I ran
apt-get update.
So for that reason I have started using rsync script(ubuntu-mirror-sync.sh)
from https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Rsyncmirror
Now my mirror is working fine.

But I am confused that which script to use and is recommended! and why did
I faced issued with Archive script from
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Mirrors/Scripts
and why not with ubuntu-mirror-sync.sh (
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Rsyncmirror).

Please help me.

(I am poor in English please excuse me for that)
