GPG Error Need help regarding Ubuntu Local Mirror

Hi,

I have created local ubuntu mirror for trusty distribution.
I have one issue when I install or update packages. Below is my error

*GPG Error: Release: The following signatures couldn't be verified because
the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY 16126D3A3E5C1192*

-------------------------------------------
As of now when I get this error I am running

*sudo apt-key adv --recv-keys --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com
<http://keyserver.ubuntu.com> 16126D3A3E5C1192*

Can anyone have permanent solution for this kind of issues.
