Need help regarding Ubuntu Local Mirror

Hi,

I have created local mirror in my premises, but I have some issues in
accessing local mirror please help me find the solution.
When I run apt-get update
I get the following errors.

E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones
used instead.

Please help me resolve this issue.
