hanger.canonical.com folder permissions breaking rsync

Good Morning,

Hanger.canonical.com, 91.189.91.26, has 700 permissions on the folder
ubuntu/pool/universe/g/golang-github-svent-go-nbreader and it is
breaking rsyncs when they resolve to that machine. Could someone please
look into that?

Here's what I'm seeing:
