Mirror Source list Dynamic Change

Hi,

I have my local mirror in my premises.
Now I have a challenge accessing my mirror, I want to access my mirror only
when I am in my location if I go out I want to access the Ubuntu public
mirrors(archive.ubuntu.com) without changing the sources.list file.

How to achieve this without changing the sources.list manually.
